We’re especially excited about our Tampa event at Busch Gardens, which we’re proud to co-host with our friends at the Suncoast Chapter of ASTA. Their partnership helps us bring even more value to the advisors in our region, and we’re grateful to have both chapters working together to make this an outstanding evening.

To help keep our guests engaged throughout the full program, we kindly request—though it’s not required—that each supplier contribute a door prize. This can be anything from a small gift card to a more generous giveaway or travel experience. These prizes add a fun spark to the event, and our advisors always look forward to them. We’ll draw winners at the end of the night to keep the energy high right through the closing moments.

Once you complete your registration, an invoice will be emailed to you. Credit card payment is due within 48 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday). If you’d prefer to mail a check or need a little extra flexibility, just reach out to us at cfl@asta.org —we’re happy to work with you.

Supplier registration is $400 per show. If you select all four shows, a $100 discount will be automatically applied to your total as the selections are made.

Early Registration Pricing:
Registrations completed on or before December 14, 2025 will receive the pricing listed above. Beginning December 15, the price will increase by $50 per show.

Showtimes for Cocoa Beach, Orlando, and The Villages:

• Setup time: 3pm to 5pm.
• Pre-Show presentation from 5:00pm to 6:00pm
• Supplier Presentations from 6:00pm to ~7:30pm
• Trade show from 7:30pm to 9:00pm

Showtimes for Tampa:

• Setup time: 2pm to 4pm.
• Pre-Show presentation from 4:00pm to 5:00pm
• Supplier Presentations from 5:00pm to ~6:15pm
• Trade show from 6:15pm to 7:30pm

Your registration includes:

• Admission for one supplier representative
• One 6-foot display table
• Chair and exhibit space
• Full networking access with attending travel advisors
• List of attendees

You may register for one, several, or all four shows—whichever best suits your schedule and market reach.

Stand Out at the Road Show

Take your participation a step further. Add-on options allow you to highlight your brand, connect more directly with attending travel advisors, and gain additional visibility throughout the event. Choose the opportunities that best match how you’d like to engage.

Share your message directly with attending travel advisors. This add-on provides a 10-minute presentation slot to highlight your product, destination, or services. You’re welcome to use a PowerPoint or video during your presentation.

To ensure smooth delivery the day of the event, all presentation files must be submitted in advance. Further instructions and deadlines will be provided after registration.

This is an excellent opportunity to introduce new offerings, strengthen brand awareness, and create meaningful interest with advisors.

Gain premier visibility as the featured sponsor of the event. This exclusive opportunity combines marketing exposure with meaningful engagement, positioning your brand front and center before, during, and after the show.

• A trade show table in the main exhibitor area

• A 1-minute promotional video featured at the start of the event

Only one Event Sponsor will be accepted per show, ensuring your company enjoys exclusive visibility.

Raise a glass to great exposure! As a Hosted Bar Sponsor, your brand will be highlighted during one of the most social parts of the evening. This sponsorship combines strong visibility with the opportunity to connect directly with attending advisors in a relaxed setting.

Your sponsorship includes:

• A trade show table in the main exhibitor area
• Prominent signage at the bar recognizing your sponsorship
• Recognition in all pre-event marketing, email announcements, and social media promotions

Two Hosted Bar Sponsors will be accepted per show.
